FHA Mortgage Answers is an educational and inquiry service operated by Timpson Application Development through its Mortgage Answers division, also called TAD Mortgage. It is not the Federal Housing Administration, HUD, a government agency, lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or current affiliate of a mortgage company.

What the site does

What the site does not do

The site does not determine FHA or lender eligibility, make underwriting decisions, accept a mortgage application, quote a rate, approve a loan, or make a commitment to lend. FHA insures qualifying mortgages made by participating lenders; the lender reviews the borrower, property, and requested loan.
